More of This, Less of That

  3. More reading, less scrolling.
  4. More meaningful investments, less mindless spending.
  5. More focus on the important, less overwhelm from doing everything.
  6. More of moving your body, less of sitting in one place for hours at a stretch.
  7. More time introspecting, less time on mindless chatter.
  8. More genuine appreciation, less undermining of people’s efforts.
  9. More of doing what you love to do, less of doing things others think you will love to do.
  10. More sunlight, less blue light.
  11. More listening, less talking.
  12. More authentic content creation, less peer pressure.
  13. More reflection on personal growth, less obsession over social media likes and follows.
  14. More downtime and relaxation, less pressure to be constantly productive.
  15. More enjoying things you loved to do as a child, less trying to always act like an adult.
